If you call us, we may note your contact and vehicle details so we can respond. Our hosting provider also automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the website and filter spam. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Vehicle photos
Photos are optional and are used only to assess your vehicle and prepare an offer. Please avoid uploading photos that show number plates, people, home addresses or personal documents. If a photo contains other personal information, we will only use it for your enquiry. Uploaded photos are stored with your enquiry and deleted when your enquiry record is deleted.

- to prepare an offer and, if you accept it, arrange the handover or collection
- to complete the sale, including change of ownership requirements

We only share your information when it is needed for the purposes above or required by law — for example, with NZTA Waka Kotahi when ownership of a vehicle changes. Website enquiries, including photos, are received and stored by our website hosting and form provider, Netlify, Inc., which stores data on servers outside New Zealand (including in the United States). We use this provider because it applies security safeguards comparable to those required in New Zealand.
How we store and protect it
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to enquiries is limited to people at Near Me Auto Hub who need it to respond to you. We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details and photos only for as long as we need them. Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are deleted within 12 months. If you sell a vehicle to us, we keep the records needed for the sale for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
